

Leftover bbq chicken cut into pieces
handful of corn kernels
bbq & tomato sauce (to taste)
2 tablespoons lite cottage cheese
handful of shredded cheese
1 sheet puff pastry
method:
spread puff pastry sheet with tomato sauce & cottage cheese
sprinkle chicken & corn over the base
drizzle with bbq sauce
sprinkle with shredded cheese
Cook at 180 degrees for 20mins....
cut & eat!
