I love Puff Pastry! so easy, so simple and relatively fast/cheap! (and did I mention 1 sheet is only 1 Weight watchers point - in the old system)
Today I had leftover BBQ chicken diced, cherry tomatoes, Bocconcini cheese, corn kernels and shredded cheese...1 half I used bbq sauce and the other half I used sweet chilli sauce as I couldn't decide between the two, lol bake for 25mins and eat!!

and for a sweet version I did this the other day:
Puff pastry topped with:
- Cottage Cheese
- Frozen mixed berries
...- choc chips
- dollops of peanut butter
- drizzle of honey
bake for 30mins = YUMMMY!!!
