Dinner for the boys and I...

baby potatoes with butter, steamed vegies and scotch fillet steak...YUM

Tuesday, January 5

Brunch - Sausages, eggs, peas & cheese with seasoning

2 x left over sausages (bbq'd the night before) cut into small pieces

2 x eggs, scramble in fry pan, add handful of peas, handful of shredded cheese and sausages...stirfry till hot and eggs are fully cooked...

Season with Salt & pepper to taste (I also added a little bit of garlic salt for a boost)

delish!!!

Monday, January 4

Once the kiddies went to bed, I enjoyed some yummy lindt chilly chocolate...mmmm, delish! and another glass of dry ginger ale...(odd, but still yummy!)

Profiteroles...yum

Basic White Wings packet mix this time :0)

Apple Pie

2 x sheets puff pastry

5 x apples, sliced and microwaved...add sugar to taste

layer 1 sheet pastry on bottom of dish, fill with apples, slice 2nd sheet into strips and layer on top (crosshatch)

bake at 180 degrees till golden

serve with custard/cream or icecream

Monday 4th Jan...

Breakfast: Left over Fried rice (homemade last night) and an omelete...:0)

Lunch: Not much really as breaky was around 10.30am...had some rice crackers & dry ginger ale...

Dinner: BBQ Sausages with Sweet Potato Mash & Vegies...YUM

Seems I like to document my food intake on Facebook too much and it's driving my friends and family crazy...lol...doesn't mean I am going to stop, but thought I might blog about it aswell...nothing like overkill....

I am also 18wks 3days pregnant with my 3rd child, so that could be why the obsession with food at the moment too...lol...

on top of that I love to bake and watch others enjoy the goodies...so will post pic's of my cooking too...:0) enjoy!
