Brunch - Sausages, eggs, peas & cheese with seasoning


2 x left over sausages (bbq'd the night before) cut into small pieces
2 x eggs, scramble in fry pan, add handful of peas, handful of shredded cheese and sausages...stirfry till hot and eggs are fully cooked...
Season with Salt & pepper to taste (I also added a little bit of garlic salt for a boost)
delish!!!
